Meet Our Team

The Team at Montgomery Dental Care is one of the top experienced and trained dental teams in the Twin Cities. We believe when our patients stay under our care they will keep their teeth looking and feeling young for a life time:

Debbi, Office Administrator

Debbi’s smiling face is the first you will see when you come to our office. Debbi has been in the dental field since 1983 and enjoyed a career as a Dental Assistant before moving to the Business Office in 1995.

Debbi has developed a full depth in the understanding of all aspects of dentistry. She not only runs all the business parts of the office but also has a tremendous understanding of dentistry. She loves helping all of our patients with their financial and scheduling needs along with answering their dental questions too. She is great at what she does and we are lucky to have her on our team.

One of her hobbies is traveling, and one of her modes of transportation is hopping on the back of her husband’s Harley Davidson to see as much of the country as possible. Debbi’s other pastimes include reading, bike riding, and cross stitching.

Erin, Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Erin has been working as a hygienist for the past 10 years and is excited to join the team at Montgomery Dental Care. Her goal as a clinician is to provide caring and educational dentistry in a way that will encourage her patients to enjoy their experience and look forward to returning. She is passionate about building strong and trusting relationships. As you work with Erin you will learn she has a vibrant personality and shares freely her joy of life. She loves outdoor adventures, and road trips, but most of all, she thrives on being a mother.

If you get the chance, ask her about her time in Alaska or her twin sister, but you’ll have to squeeze it in between stories about her 2 year old, as he is her pride and joy and the reason crafts and books, rarely get done.

Tracee, Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA)

My name is Tracee, and I have been a Certified and Licensed Dental Assistant for over 25 years. I began my career in the St. Cloud area and moved to the Twin Cities in 2020. My favorite part about my job is working with the patients and providing exceptional care.

I began working at Montgomery Dental in 2023 and enjoy the opportunities to grow and learn with the team. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, working out, paddle boarding, and traveling.

Patty, Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA)

Hi! My name is Patty, and I have been working with Montgomery Dental Care since June 2021. I have had extensive experience working with patients with a variety of dental needs since 1985.

My current title is License Dental Assistant/Team Lead and I enjoy working with a team of dental experts here at Montgomery Dental Care. I have two grown children who work in the mechanical engineering field (Jaymi and Joseph).

I enjoy an active lifestyle, including home improvement projects, working outdoors, and exercising (I love swimming!). My primary goal as primary dental assistant is to make your visit to Montgomery Dental Care a healthy and pleasant experience.

Kristine, Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA)

Kristine has been working for 12 years as a Licensed Dental Assistant. She started her dental career in Oral Surgery, as a surgical assistant for 8 years before her love of learning brought her to Cosmetic Dentistry. Having been through many dental procedures herself, her goal is to bring compassion, understanding and knowledge to every one of her patients while providing the best dental care. She has a passion for all things dentistry and is excited to continue growing her knowledge and skill set with a great team, here at Montgomery Dental Care.

When Kristine is not at the dental office, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and puppy dog, Winnie! Some of her favorite activities are traveling, biking, cooking, reading, having bonfires and spending time on the St. Croix River!

Elin, Dental Hygienist

I grew up on a dairy farm in Wisconsin and after graduating from the University of Minnesota, I have enjoyed being a hygienist for 27 years. The best part of my career has been getting to know my patients and helping them achieve better oral and overall heath. I’m very excited and looking forward to getting to know all my patients here and helping them achieve optimum oral health.

My husband and I love living in Afton and raising our four kids. I enjoy hiking, reading and being with friends and family.
