Erin began her career in dentistry as a hygienist in 2013 and joined Montgomery Dental Care in January 2024. After over a decade of clinical experience, she recently transitioned into the role of Business Manager—a new chapter she’s excited to embrace.
While she truly loved working one-on-one with patients in hygiene and will deeply miss those daily interactions, Erin will continue to support the hygiene team and fill in as needed. This new position allows her to explore another side of dentistry, helping to lead and support the practice with the same enthusiasm, care, and commitment she brought to her patients. Erin is passionate about fostering strong, trusting relationships and brings warmth and positivity to every role she takes on.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys crafting, reading, and outdoor activities. She loves outdoor adventures and spontaneous road trips—but her greatest joy is being a mom. If you get a chance, ask her about her time in Alaska or her twin sister—but be prepared to hear more stories about her two sons, who keep her on her toes and ensures that craft projects and book reading often take a back seat to playtime and giggles.
Kristine began her dental career in 2013 as a Licensed Dental Assistant. She spent eight years in Oral Surgery before her passion for learning led her to Cosmetic Dentistry. After years of hands-on clinical experience, Kristine recently transitioned into the role of Chief Administrator—a new and exciting chapter in her dental journey.
While she truly loved working chairside and will miss the direct patient care that assisting provided, Kristine is excited to contribute to the practice in a new way, helping to lead and support the team behind the scenes. She remains deeply committed to patient care and will continue to step in as an assistant when needed. Having personally experienced many dental procedures herself, Kristine brings empathy, understanding, and clinical insight into everything she does. She’s passionate about dentistry in all its forms and is always eager to expand her knowledge and support the continued growth of Montgomery Dental Care.
When she’s not at the office, Kristine enjoys time with her family, friends, and her sweet pup, Winnie. Her favorite pastimes include traveling, biking, cooking, reading, relaxing by a bonfire, and enjoying the beauty of the St. Croix River.
I grew up on a dairy farm in Wisconsin and after graduating from the University of Minnesota, I have enjoyed being a hygienist for 27 years. The best part of my career has been getting to know my patients and helping them achieve better oral and overall heath. I’m very excited and looking forward to getting to know all my patients here and helping them achieve optimum oral health.
My husband and I love living in Afton and raising our four kids. I enjoy hiking, reading and being with friends and family.
With over 28 years of experience as a dental hygienist, Leaf is passionate about providing gentle, thorough care to help patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles. She graduated from the University of Minnesota and has dedicated her career to building trusting relationships through exceptional hygiene care.
Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three amazing kids. Her hobbies include gardening, baking sourdough bread, and caring for the family’s backyard chickens. She also loves exploring the outdoors and recently hiked Camelback Mountain in Arizona. Leaf looks forward to getting to know each patient and supporting their journey toward a healthy, happy smile.
Sarah has been in the field of dentistry since 2002. She began her career as a Certified, Registered Dental Assistant before pursuing her Associate of Science degree in Dental Hygiene, which she earned from Argosy University in 2006. Over the years, Sarah has gained experience in General Dentistry, Public Health, Pediatrics, and most recently, Periodontics.
She is passionate about educating patients on the important connection between oral and overall health, and she strives to make every visit as comfortable and positive as possible. Sarah lives in Cottage Grove with her husband and daughter, where they’ve spent most of the past 23 years, aside from a five-year adventure living in Anchorage, Alaska—an experience she highly recommends!
Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering, supporting her daughter’s activities, and spending time up north with family. She especially loves Minnesota summers and takes advantage of every sunny day spent outdoors. Sarah is excited to join Montgomery Dental Care and looks forward to meeting the wonderful long-standing patients. She is proud to be part of a team led by Dr. Montgomery and Dr. Wolken, who are known for their commitment to excellence.
Patty has been a valued member of Montgomery Dental Care since June 2021 and brings with her extensive experience working with patients of all dental needs since 1985.
She currently serves as a Licensed Dental Assistant and Team Lead, and enjoys collaborating with a skilled team of dental professionals dedicated to high-quality care. Patty is proud of her two grown children, Jaymi and Joseph, both of whom work in the mechanical engineering field.
Outside of the office, Patty enjoys an active lifestyle that includes home improvement projects, working outdoors, and swimming. Her primary goal as a dental assistant is to ensure each patient’s visit to Montgomery Dental Care is both healthy and pleasant.
Tracee is a Certified and Licensed Dental Assistant with over 25 years of experience. She began her dental career in the St. Cloud area before relocating to the Twin Cities in 2020. Tracee’s favorite part of her role is working directly with patients and providing exceptional care with compassion and expertise.
She joined Montgomery Dental Care in 2023 and values the opportunity to continue growing and learning alongside a dedicated team.
Outside of the office, Tracee enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, paddle boarding, and traveling.
Lauren is a Certified Licensed Dental Assistant with four years of experience in the field. She is also certified in sedation and anesthesia monitoring. Lauren is passionate about providing exceptional care and feels grateful for the opportunity to connect with the wonderful individuals she meets each day. She joined Dr. Montgomery and his team in 2025 and has enjoyed being part of such a supportive and dedicated practice.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time outdoors and being with her loved ones. A proud animal lover, she is especially devoted to her dog Rin, an American Akita who keeps her active and entertained.
